I just created two accounts, for some reason I can't login with these accounts, I am getting "Access Denied" as if I am using a wrong user name/password

I got the same error. Access Denied?
So when we connect we use:
www.shellmix.com Then I typed newuser for the username, and newuser for the password, but it did not work.
